CONSULTATION
Telephone Consultation – During this initial 15 minutes FREE telephone consultation, we will have a brief discussion to gather information about you and important facts of your cases, which will help us to assess your starting point to give you the proper information you would need to get started.
In-person Consultation – This type of consultation includes all the above in the Telephone Consultation plus an in-dept evaluation of your case and to provide written legal opinion with a suggested course of action. If you retain us this amount will be credited to your account. A General Flat Fee Rate of $250.00 is charged which will cover up to 1.5 hours of consultation.
Key Tasks include: Consultation, Review of documents, preparation of an effective Demand Letter, send Letter via Registered Mail and 2 attempts to call Defendant to negotiate and arrange payment to be made directly to our client. No contingency fee is charged on this package.
Key Tasks include: Consultation, Review of documents, preparation of an effective Demand Letter, send Letter via Registered Mail and 3 attempts to negotiate payment or settlement with Defendant, secured payment arrangement with Defendant, and provide legal opinion on the next step, if necessary. An additional of 20% for contingency fee is charged on the claimed amount.
SMALL CLAIM COURT
Key Tasks include: Review of client’s documents, Legal Research, preparation of Plaintiff Claim, Filing of documents with the court, Arrange with Process Server to serve documents on defendant, preparation of Affidavits of Services then file with court. Provide written instructions for Settlement Conference procedures and provide legal opinion on how to proceed to the next proceeding phase of your law suit.

The areas of law are within the paralegal scope of practice such as Landlord Tenant, Small Claims Court, Accident Benefit, Debt Collections, Employment Law, Contract Disputes, Ontario Human Rights Commission, WSIB, Provincial Offences , and other Government Boards and Tribuals.
No two cases are alike, some cases are more complex than others. In these type of cases, we will charge our regular hourly rate starts at $250 per hour depending on the complexity of the case. Also, an initial retainer fee of $1,000 is required to cover legal cost such as, disbursement, court fees and third party fees.
Contingency fee is a percentage of up to 30% is charge on the total amount that is claimed, which is deducted from the settlement amount. Contingency fee is only available for matters relating to debt collections and accident benefit claims.
Debt Collections and Litigation: A retainer fee of $1,000 is required and contingency fee rate of up to 20% of the initial claimed amount for a regular unpaid invoice or unpaid loan.
